1/ In law school, @jeremysklaroff wrote a paper that legal contracts are more powerful than smart contracts because of their ambiguity.
In legal contracts, it’s not worth outlining parameters around every possible scenario. Ambiguity pushes dispute resolution down the line.

DAOs today are overflowing and discombobulated ecosystems with extremely limited internal infrastructure. Each DAO is trying to implement processes to organize eager contributors.

DAOs are not leaderless organizations, whether they admit it or not.

1/ DAO idealism promotes flat, egalitarian structures. We seek shared ownership and control in DAO ecosystems to align incentives and drive DAOs forward.
But in reality, DAOs are far from this egalitarian dream.
