I'm standing by in Judge McBurney's courtroom - he told us he does not know when/if they'll be indictments today. Normally the presiding judge closes up shot at 5pm, but he has been told to "be flexible" this week New from Judge McBurney - “business hours close at 5. We need to keep this courtroom and the courthouse open”

I've obtained by FOIA surveillance video of the brutal beating of elderly Vietnam vet by a VA employee at an Atlanta VA clinic. @2Investigates was 1st to report on the attack last month. The attacker, Lawrence Gaillard is still employed by VA. @wsbtv at 6
wsbtv.com/news/local/atl… the person blurred out by the VA in that surveillance video is this man, Lawrence Gaillard. A "patient advocate" at the VA. He was initially charged in federal court by the US Attorney, but @wsbtv has learned the case has been turned over to Fulton County DA Fanni Willis Image

I've independently obtained the full recording of the entire phone call between President Trump and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. We are going through it for @wsbtv at 6. the first 12 minutes of the call is President Trump talking without interruption - going through debunked conspiracy theories about what he repeatedly calls "certified numbers" showing his win before COS Mark Meadows steps in asking for "a path forward that is less litigious"

Breaking at 5 @wsbtv I’ve learned results of @GBI_GA @GaSecofState signature match audit in Cobb - out of 15,118 randomly selected ballot envelopes examined by GBI investigators - only 2 signatures identified as problem. A wife who signed her name to both her & husband envelopes 2 out of 15,118. that's how many issues GBI investigators found in Cobb County signature audit. President claims major fraud with GA's signature match - but audit shows 99.99% accuracy - only issue a wife who signed both her & husband's ballot. read more:

I just spent 2 hours going through State Farm surveillance video with @GabrielSterling & state investigators. We watched chain of custody of the table & ballot boxes in question - from 8am until midnight. The boxes were packed & sealed with observers in room - nothing improper if you are someone who doesn't even believe the simple, basic fact (that has nothing to do with anything) that these are not suitcases - you live in a world outside of reason & reality. Here they are loading the crates - while observers and media were in the room at 10:01pm

The GA Secretary of State's office demanding that President Trump stop with the claims about Georgia's elections warning it has gotten to the point that someone is going to get killed . @GaSecofState staff says final straw was a 20 year old Gwinnett election worker now receiving death threats for doing his job - watch @GabrielSterling powerful words from our 4pm @wsbtv story: "this has to stop....if you are going to take a position of leadership, show some"

In new intv with me, @GaSecofState says 24,000 GOPs who voted absentee in primary did not vote in General - says Donald Trump cost himself the election by sowing distrust in absentee: "he would have won by 10 thousand votes he actually suppressed, depressed his own voting base" Live exclusive at 4 on @wsbtv: the typically mild mannered @GaSecofState comes out swinging in our interview - says Donald Trump cost himself the election by discouraging mail in votes: "he would have won by 10 thousand votes he actually suppressed, depressed his own voting base"

We've confirmed YMCA Camp High Harbor is the un-named camp in new @CDCgov camp outbreak investigation. 51% of campers ages 6-10 contracted covid19.
wsbtv.com/news/local/hun… key & concerning finding in the study: “This investigation adds to the body of evidence demonstrating that children of all ages are susceptible to SARS-CoV-2 infection and, contrary to early reports might play an important role in transmission”
