Crafting an offer your audience will buy is about making something they already want.
I don't like guessing.
Eff. That.
I like being certain.
The Godfather Framework gives you the confidence to create offers people simply "can't refuse."
Here's how it works:
STEP 1: Specific Person
Identify a real person.
First name and last name.
If you could clone your favorite client/customer, who would it be?
Another way of answering this is by asking the question, “who pays me the most, the easiest?”

How to create content that scratch's your dream client's itch.
(My simple model that's generated millions in revenue):
Ask: "Is it simple?"
Your content needs to do ONE thing—not 50.
Help.
Teach.
Mobilize.
Challenge.
Encourage.
Move a person from Point A to Point B.
That's it.
Release the pressure of forcing your content to do too much.
Simple gets noticed.

How I thought about content at 6 figures vs. How I think about content at 7 figures:
6: "I gotta be on every social platform or people won't find me."
7: "Just pick one platform and focus—people will come."

In the past 6 months, I've helped 12 biz owners (and counting) make at least $10,000 from a single post.
Here's 15 unconventional takeaways so you can do the same:
1.) You have leads on your list (no matter the size) that are ready to buy—right now. Go make an offer.
2.) If you expect to make money from your content, you have to be posting consistently.
3.) Consistency creates trust. Trust has to be there before someone buys.

No, this isn’t a bait-and-switch.

But you get them for free in the next 5 minutes:👇
Lesson 1: Turn Ideas Into Income
There is knowledge in your head, right now, people are willing to pay $$$ to access.
You don't see it because it's so familiar to you.
But it's there.

In the past 10 years I've helped CEOs, Founders, and Owners generate over $20M in revenue.
I’ve used this marketing process below with all of them.
It’s the closest thing I’ve found to “foolproof”– and I want to share it with you today.
Let's begin 👇
Step 1: Awareness
If your business wants new clients, you have to put yourself in situations where it is exponentially easier for them to find you.
They need to “become aware” that you (and your solution) exist.
Sounds obvious—but super easy to overlook.

7 brutal marketing truths holding back business owners from making more money.
Avoid these at all costs:
A. You can't identify your ideal prospect.
Who do you serve? The answer cannot be 'everyone.' You must decide.
The more specific, the better.
It can feel scary to pick.
But you must.
A roadtrip can't start without a destination.
Marketing can't happen without a person.

In the past 10 years I've helped CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business owners generate over $20M in revenue.
Here are the 15 most important lessons so you can do the same:
1. Highest and best use of time
They’re focused–almost obsessed–with finding the highest and best of their time.
Nothing trivial, certainly.
But nothing “good” or “okay”, either.
Highest and best…only.

I work with high level CEOs and entrepreneurs.
Key to improving your performance is to use "forcing functions" that make you more money in less time.
Here are five examples of "forcing functions: to help you make more money and save time:
First—a quick note on forcing functions:
They're based on the Pareto Principle, which says "a task expands to fill the time allotted to it."
If we give ourselves time (or space) to do something, we'll take the whole time.
So let's leverage this to our advantage...

Leads are like oxygen for your business.
But 80% of owners are gasping for air.
Why?
Because they're one of the three owner-types who don't know where their next breath is coming from.
Here's what they are and how to fix them 👇:
1.) The Out-of-Control Owner
You’re throwing random marketing efforts at the wall and hoping something sticks.

Relies entirely on the ebbs and flows of word-of-mouth leads and referrals.
Website is non-existent or insufficient.
What they say:
"I don’t need to do lead generation...I have all the referrals I need.”
