Something I think about a lot is how every single person reading this can frame at least one mass shooting, often more than one, in relation to everyday occurrences in their own lives. For me, it's been a few shootings at malls and other public places I visit often, but the one that *really* threw me was the Dayton shooter used to follow me and like my tweets on this here hellsite. I was familiar with his Hunter S. Thompson avatar and everything.

A very fast story about COVID and everybody trying to do right in circumstances which are weird and wild and impossible.

Hypothetically, let's pretend someone in this purely fictional household works for the state of North Carolina. Let's say that the married couple in this hypothetical household has been hypervigilant about COVID protocols from early 2020 through now.
