Listen. The plain fact is that conditions in the world are such that millions of people must either migrate or die.

It’s time for you to just state it plainly if you are for murdering millions as a lifestyle choice. I mean it. You will be murdering them.

Not slowly or indirectly by denying them entry.

You will have to machine gun them to “defend” your “wall.”

Are you going to do that? Speak up.

At a minimum, it seems like the classroom door locks installed to keep active shooters out were instead used by the shooter (who grew up trained in active shooter lockdown procedure) to keep police out. At worst, there’s this. But it’s early yet. Plenty of time for us to find out it’s even worse than this, somehow.

Ah, yes. The half a million additional National Guard troops we have to spare, currently gathering dust in storage. Just put them there. There are said to be some 130,930 K-12 schools in the US.

Four guards at each school (never mind how large, how many entrances, etc.) is 523,720 in total. With no substitutes.

349,992 loaded weapons on the grounds of every elementary school in the country, every day.

That’s actually the original reason behind my collection of #GunFAIL stories.

Hundreds will be accidentally shot while we wait for the big “payoff."

Marjorie Traitor Greene is a Q assassin with a Member’s pin, and she’s a threat to every life on Capitol Hill. How do you believe the things she says she believes and not act out on it?

Here’s what Alito was afraid of:

1.6 million more Americans have contracted COVID, and 4,000 have died since the Supreme Court rejected the vaccine mandates. Thanks, Alito.

I don’t know. I guess growing up, I always just sort of vaguely believed that if you forced your way into the Capitol during some totally important, official thing, where the VP & Speaker and everybody was there, then the Army would come and just machine gun you all to death. But it turns out that if you do it in a big Water Buffalo Lodge hat, the guards get all confused, and can’t figure out whether it’s a real thing they should shoot you for, or just some kind of weird joke.

The explanation that feels right for the delay in deploying thee National Guard.

The plan was to use them to crack “antifa” heads, and when they didn’t show up, they dithered over deployment because there was to backup plan for explaining deployment without an “antifa” presence. At least, no plan for their deployment that didn’t admit that Jan. 6 was an insurrection, anyway.

Caleb Wallace died in a Texas ICU bed while US Army veteran Daniel Wilkinson died from treatable gallstone pancreatitis on a gurney, waiting for a Texas ICU bed. Caleb Wallace dared COVID-19 to kill him, and it did.

But he died in the ICU bed that could have saved Daniel Wilkinson from treatable gallstone pancreatitis.

Wallace dared COVID-19 to kill him. It did. But he took Wilkinson down with him.

397,140 Americans have died, and 26,461,806 more have tested positive since Trump promised he'd "immediately" sign an "order" to give out the miracle cure he got at Walter Reed, for free.

He promised it, and then he just walked away. It might be the sickest thing he's ever done. 397,573 Americans have died, and 26,475,750 more have tested positive since Trump promised he'd "immediately" sign an "order" to give out the miracle cure he got at Walter Reed, for free.

Opponents of the filibuster should start appealing the ruling of the chair every time cloture is not invoked even though a majority has voted for it.

Even if you never win the vote, it will at least force Senators to remain in town to defeat your appeal. No more filibuster-bots. If you appeal the ruling of the chair and win, you establish a new precedent that cloture can be invoked by a majority of those present and voting.

If you lose, you’re no worse off that you were before.

This already happened to a guy who was POTUS at the time, and not only did nothing change among denialists, but he then went on to use secretly stockpiled treatments to save his own life, promise them to others, then walk away while 365,000 more died. trib.al/TgFa9Vx We genuinely do not seem to give a shit about the most disgusting COVID lie ever told.

History will demand to know why we didn’t hang Trump.

One year ago, today.

Just 10 days later, 60,000 were dead and over 1 million infected, and Jared Kushner nevertheless declared the Trump administration "response" to COVID-19 a "great success story."

A year later, 32.5 million are infected and 581,000 are dead. History will demand to know why we didn’t hang Trump.

OK, so, the thing about the witnesses makes a little more sense if Raskin only suggested a vote so that he’d have an excuse for mentioning the Herrera Beutler story after closing the case-in-chief. I guess it’s arguable that bringing it up would otherwise have been out of order. So it may have been the case that the House Managers never really wanted or thought it was necessary to have witnesses at all, but said they did so that it would be in order to mention the Herrera Beutler story.
