I’m seeing a lot of confusion about the Equal Rights Amendment online.

I've been working on the ERA for 13 years & literally wrote a book about it.

So, let me help answer some questions.

1) Yes, it really is a real amendment & fully part of the U.S. Constitution. Full stop. The ERA has actually BEEN an amendment for 5 years.

There are only 2 requirements of Article V to become an amendment:

1) Pass by 2/3rds in each house of Congress. March 22, 1972 ✅

2) Ratified by 3/4ths of states (38). Jan 27th, 2020 in VA ✅

We’ll ALWAYS need clinics.

Some don’t find out they are pregnant until they are too far along to use abortion pills.

Some don’t discover catastrophic fetal anomalies until much later in pregnancy.
