Indian EVMs are low tech. They run a fixed program burnt on a ROM. It can't be hacked or changed. They are like a simple calculator. Unless you can show me hacking a calculator to give fixed answer via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, I can't take your EVM hack theory seriously.
Since EVMs aren't connected to external world wirelessly or through LAN, you don't have a way of hacking it.
Let's say one has actually physically changed the ROM in each & every EVM to hack it, the ROM code would give a fixed winner based on candidate sequence on the machine.

While every contingent of the Indian Armed Forces salutes only once, the Sikh regiment does it twice.
The saga began 42 years ago on January 24, 1979. During the rehearsal of the Republic Day Parade, the Sikh contingent marched from Vijay Chowk to Red Fort.
