I made a butternut squash pie because I had no pumpkin and I had too much butternut squash and I might never make a pumpkin pie again. I also had no eggs, so I used cornstarch and it was incredible. Beautiful density unparalleled smoothness. It tastes like pie for rich people. I’m not an instructions girlie but I kind of threw together a recipe so here it is:

1 half of butternut squash (skinned and roasted till soft)
1/4th cup of corn starch
1 cup heavy cream
1 can of condensed milk
1tsp of salt
1/2tbs of “pumpkin pie spice”
1/3 cup sugar

It’s impossible for me to speak to people like we aren’t equals. This creates problems in hierarchal office environments during meetings/conversations with upper management.

Yue's wig in Netfilx's adaption is a hard top, synthetic blend, like a more expensive version of the kind of hat-like wigs made for Disney Theme Park Princesses.

M. Night Shyamalan's Yue is in a full human hair HD lacefront.

Which is an especially useful way to make synthetic wigs for character appearances, Disney park appearances and also way fancier and more gorgeous ones are made this way for drag shows.

My main opinion on the new Avatar is that the entire thing seemed rushed in a way that gives me labor concerns.

The script obviously needed more passes, the actors visibly needed more time with their lines, the costumes were beautiful but looked rushed production wise--- --the digital effects were made with some game design engine (there are scenes that look like Witcher 3 gameplay).

There are a lot of people complaining, but I haven't seen a single complaint that didn't seem like its source was actually unethical time crunch.

I just think the parallel of him working hard and studying to be able to solve her riddles in his youth, While she struggles to think up riddles he couldn’t possibly lose in his final years, is romantic.

Things we need to reinvent the packaging for and my suggestions on how to fix it.

1. Biscuit cans. Anything is better than this. I’ve been shot at and that was less startling. This is the packaging style I think we should change biscuits to.



2. Bacon. I know they’re “resealable”now but that doesn’t really fix the problem.

I think the slices should be cut in half and packaged like lunch meat. Not only would they fit better in the pan cut in half, but it would last longer in the fridge and fit better in the drawer.

I’m dying bc I’m trying to remember the name of a Netflix show that came out a while ago and I need help.

I can’t remember if it was Korean or Japanese but it was a light comedy about a young single woman and what she cooks herself every day. The whole thing was about eating! It was on Netflix in like 2019. The first episode was about her attending a work party, then there was an episode where she stole some of her neighbors mail and it had fancy sauce in it that she stole.

All her cooking was really accessible easy meals for working people.

I did the same thing with shoes. I wanted to find good heels that were so comfortable that I could wear them for 8+ hours for my wedding.
