Scoop: Man attacked with hatchet in @SEPTA concourse under 8th & Market Streets. He survived after hit in head six times with hatchet,then kicked in face four times. Attacker arrested, sources tell me, he had arrest warrant,WANTED by @PhillyPolice for prior attempted murder. 1/4 2/4 @PhillyPolice sources tell me Kenneth Rogers,28, now back in custody, after latest arrest for hatchet attack in @SEPTA concourse in Center City. 22yr old WANTED by @PhillyPolice in TRIPLE MURDER of 14, 17 & 18 yr olds on Palmetto St. had just been released by a judge & put on house arrest just 15 days before the three teens shot&killed at the home. He had already villages the house arrest in the days before murders. 1/3 Image 2/3 Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office requested $1 Million bail. Judge then reduced that to 10% of $400k & put him on house arrest. He had three bench warrants. One for violent attack on 11 month old baby in the SAME Palmetto Street house where murders happened Friday.
