As I sit down to write lesson plans for next week (for students who will be staying home), I know one thing: my students need to write daily about this time in history. They need to capture this moment in time. The end of their senior year has essentially been canceled: no more sports, field trips, assemblies. Prom has been canceled. I want them to capture this unprecedented moment.
