After today's historic gold/silver win in Florida, members of the Texas House are attempting to have Texas surrender authority from Article 1 Section 10 of the Constitution to a federal court? Rep Geren's amendment 1 to HB 1056 would give away Texas sovereignty. Image Why would Texas ever give up Constitutional authority to a federal court????
