This is a long thread. It is my barring letter from the DBS & my responses. To protect my student and my case in the employment tribunal I have left out some sections. The letter was sent on the same day the transgender guidance for schools was published. It is in the public interest to share it.🧵
In this section, I am accused of not following the college's Gender Reassignment Policy. This had been written in conjunction with Press for Change (a trans lobby group run by Helen Beltcher) and it demanded we use preferred pronouns without parental consent. This conflicted with the safeguarding policy.
I gestured towards my student - I did not aggresively point. I did not want to use her preferred pronouns and name - this would be socially transitioning her - & I would not be allowed to deadname her.

The email release between the Tavistok Centre and the Mermaids shows the biggest medical scandal ever. It has been hidden in plain sight. Thread below is some of the extracts and comments. 🧵
Email below from Susie Green claims she should be treated as a professional. She refers a young person for treatment and overrides the GP. The blackout bit is probably Susie Green referring to the GP as a knowing F*%k All, or similar.

A thread of questions on the transgender indoctrination in schools.
My dismissal has prompted me to start a book to explore the underlying reasons why the transgender movement gained such traction in schools, so feedback is welcomed, either here or through a DM 🧵
How many talented people choose not to come into teaching now because they are expected to affirm the transitioning of children or how many teachers are planning to leave the profession for the same reason? What are the long term implications for the education sector?
