In 2002, Gujarat witnessed a brutal Muslim massacre, large scale Muslim exode and destruction of Muslim property.

JAZIYA : Emperor Aurangzeb Alamgir's merciful gift to his Hindu subjects.

Till now you may have heard that Aurangzeb was an anti-Hindu who imposed Jiziya.

While reflecting upon historical documents we find that Jiziya was actually a blessing for Hindus.

Was Jiziya anti-Hindu ?

When Emperor Aurangzeb Alamgir Bahadur imposed Jiziya, he also abolished 80 + 1 = 81 taxes some of which were

(1) Rahdari (toll tax)
(2) Pandari (tax on visiting temples)
(3) Baz-shumari (cattle tax)
(4) Charai (grazing tax)
(5) Sar-shumari (house tax)
(6) Bar-gadi

Now, inspite of this, the merciful Badshah Ghazi Alamgir Bahadur also remitted tax on corn (wheat / jowar / bajra / rice) just to ensure that poor Hindus don't find the price of grains expensive.

It was estimated that the 80 taxes abolished incurred a loss of crores of rupees in Mughal treasury but Hazrat Zille Subhani Alamgir Bahadur (RH) sustained this loss only for his Hindu population.

Imagine how merciful was Hazrat Khuld Makah Aurangzeb that in addition of that loss, he also remitted the corn-tax which further incurred a loss of 25 lakhs annually.

The information is taken from a primary contemporary source “Muntakhabul Lubab” by “Khafi Khan”.

It clearly states that Mughal treasury went into loss, so no matter which source (Foreign or Hindu, Contemporary or Primary) which Hindutva fanatics bring to counter, they won't succeed.

Treasury deficit is enough to show that Hindus were paying less in Jiziya than before.

Blessed be O Aurangzeb, the saviour of Hindus !

Hindus of Maharashtra had always participated in Muharram with great enthusiasm which Bal Gangadhar Tilak didn't like.

He was one of the first to make public celebrations of Ganesh Chaturthi and he was the first one to politicize it.

Tilak’s celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi is an perfect example of hating other religions more than loving one’s own, the reason he started public celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi is to deter Hindus from participating in Muslims’ Muharram because he didn’t like Hindus carrying the corpses of Hasan and Hussain (Grandsons of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ).

Misinformation is also spread even by some secular Hindus that Tilak began grand celebrations of Ganesh Chaturthi and Shivaji festival to mobilize Hindus against the Britishers.

Ganesh Chaturthi celebrated publicly by Tilak to deter Hindus from participating in Muharram.

Hyderabad (Haidarabad) and Berar princely states were ruled by H.E.H. Nizam Mir Osman Ali Khan in 1947, when India got independence from British crown.

The Nizam's dominions (Haiderabad and Berar) encompassed a combined area of 112, 038 Km², greater than the area of England itself.

The British government gave Princely states choices to either remain independent or join India. Hyderabad choice to remain independent.

The Indian National Congress and its leaders especially Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel (accused by Maulana Azad of commiting massacres of Muslims) do not wanted a Muslim power to remain in India.

Thus began the “quest of Hindu Rashtra” unification.

Haidar Ali (till his entire life) and Tipu Sultan (till 1785) of Mysore were just servants / officials of Mughal Empire and acknowledged Mughal emperors as their true sovereigns.

Many are ignorant of this and consider them as independent sovereigns.

➤ 𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘛𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥🧵 In 1761, Haidar Naik helped the Mughal governor of Bijapur, Nawab Basalat Jung Bahadur to conquer Sira province (a division of Bijapur province) from Marathas.

He was awarded the title of was awarded the title of Nawab Haidar Ali Khan Chuckmak Jung Bahadur.

Muslims were the victorious people throughout the 18th century and early 19th century before British East India Company finally annexed India.

British East India Company took India from Muslims mostly not Hindus.
