This delivery guy thought he’s an essential worker, police seemed to disagree. The rules issued before the curfew very unclear but according to the state, restaurants, bar & food industry workers are classified as essential. #nycurfew #NYCPolice UPDATE: This guy I filmed Thursday being arrested at 109&CPW soon after 8pm was taken to jail but was let go later that night.

However, he was doing his job and as @NYCMayor said later on Thursday "Food delivery is essential work and is EXEMPTED from the curfew."
