Across the Strip, 230 medical facilities are functioning only partially:
18 hospitals
10 field hospitals
66 primary clinics
112 mobile clinics
25 ambulance centers
Severe shortages: fuel, spare parts, and generator oil. Since the start of the war, there have been 1,957 attacks on the health system.

איך זה שפתאום כולם נגדנו? למה אפילו מדינות שתמכו בישראל משנות טון? זו לא קונספירציה, זו מערכת. המערכת ההומניטרית הבינלאומית. היא פועלת לפי כללים: דוחות, חוקים, אינדיקטורים. כשהם מופרים שוב ושוב, יש תגובה. לא כי מישהו שונא אותנו, אלא כי ככה זה בנוי. זו לא רק קריסה של מנגנון טכני, זו גם שחיקה של אמון, של תודעה, של זהות. בשלושה חלקים, אנסה להסביר מה באמת קורה פה. מהי המערכת, מה קרה בעזה, ומה נשבר בעולם. בלי סיסמאות. מצב חירום הומניטרי זה רגע שבו מדינה לא מצליחה יותר לתפקד: מלחמה, מגפה, רעב, קריסה. כשאין מים, מזון, מחסה או טיפול, מופעלת מערכת גלובלית. רבת־שחקנים, מתואמת, לא מושלמת – אבל זו שנשלחת לעצור התפוררות, ולהחזיק חיים בזמן שאין מדינה.
