Here’s a real life story yours truly faced and thought people should know it. A very close friend of mine wasn’t keeping well since a few months. We used to meet often earlier (and fyi it wasn’t the reason for his sickness) but since a year we did not. Sometimes he thought (1/5) ..it’s a stomach issue, then he had nausea, insomnia, fatigue, aches etc. He went to the doctors, got medicines, was okay for a few weeks until the cycle repeated. This went on for a year or two and he was getting sick of not knowing what’s wrong. All tests, vitals were ok (2/5)
