Training to Failure. Entrepreneurial lessons from Bodybuilding.
Training to failure is a style of bodybuilding where rather than doing a specified number of repetitions in an exercise, you start with the intent of keeping going until you're beat. You continue until you fail.
With training to failure, there are no absolute numbers. There is no specific goal other than continuing until you fail. Not about to fail, not on the verge of failing but absolutely fail. You keep going until your muscles fail and the weights tumbles towards you.
