I am extremely impressed by the incredible resilience of the #FNDtwitter community. Dealing with a difficult to manage diagnosis, poor access to care and on top of this being bullied by other patients/patient advocates, they speak the truth and don't let themselves be silenced. I am honored every day to help patients understand #FND in its complexities, develop a treatment plan that addresses core symptoms and comorbidities and work together towards better quality of life. @FNDHope
