Threatens the safety & security of a VIP, especially a current head of state.
If you asked this in the MR era, you'd be put on a watch list.
You can't ask for whereabouts of any top politicians, regardless which government is in power. The reason?
Most of these politicians are shit scared of attempts to their life etc.
Here's an experience from the Yahapalana gov. There was a minister & his private secretary/wife, will not drink/eat anything not prepared/bought by a specific person known to them. SECURITY.
