There are ALWAYS unhinged, radical, ranting protesters at WH & National Mall. 2) This is common knowledge and normal people ignore their rantings and move on, going about their business. I never once engaged any radical, unhinged individual/group like this in 20 years in DC.

He also used his other positions of power (ACU, CFTNI, Wash. Times) to further operation.
