Sounds like Southwest did a lot of the same things that Ontario is now doing to hospitals. Frozen wages, broken union negotiations, underpowered/underperforming technology.

I had a chat with a new friend yesterday about what could be done to improve Ontario’s hospitals. The same things that work in high performing companies are things that we should urgently try in healthcare.

Ok but does anyone know exactly which raw materials are difficult to source? And why? Is it the active ingredients or excipients? I think the pharma companies and health Canada could provide parents a better explanation here. cbc.ca/news/canada/sh… Like if pharmacists are having to show parents how to do the math and make suspensions at home using adult meds maybe Health Canada can explain the solutions they’re working on to get this problem solved real quick.

Does it seem strange to anyone else that there are no guidelines for patients recovering from a SARS2 infection beyond the acute phase? From Twitter I’ve learned that hard exercise too soon could be a long covid risk factor, but I have not seen this mentioned by public health or in media.
