JUSTICE HAS BEEN SERVED ⚖️

An Ikeja Sexual Offences & Domestic Violence Court Sentenced, Folarin Rauf to Life Imprisonment for Defiling 5 Year Old Girl in Lagos.

His name will be registered in the Sexual Offenders Register as maintained by Lagos State. Justice Abiola Soladoye handed down the sentence after finding the convict guilty of the offence of defilement.

Rauf was arraigned on November 30, 2021, on one count of defilement which he pleaded not guilty.

1. The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency received a complaint bordering on an allegation of Sexual Assault by Penetration, Indecent Treatment of a Child and Defilement, allegedly perpetrated by one Dr. F. Olaleye on the 19th of March 2022. This was made via our toll free line.

2. As is customary, the case was immediately referred to the designated Police Station in this instance being Gender Desk department of the Lagos police command.

TEACHER REMANDED FOR ALLEGED DEFILEMENT OF A MINOR IN LAGOS STATE

A teacher, Mr. Taiwo Ojo has been arrested for allegedly defiling a senior secondary student at a school. It was alleged that the survivor was introduced to the defendant and two other teachers at the school while she was seeking admission into senior secondary school.
