Happening now: Paul Bukenya, 56 years, farmer in Kyankwanzi, resident of Kajjansi, on the witness stand to testify on contested land that was bought by Uganda Free Zones Authority from Paul Bukenya and Dick Lutaya through Katende-Sempebwa company advocates. Commission: How did you come to own the land?
Bukenya: The land belonged to the mamba clan, I am from the Ngabi clan
Commission: How long did you stay on the land before buying it?
Bukenya: 12 years
Commission: How big was the land that you were using
Bukenya: 80 acres

Happening now: Atwine Andrew Besigye, 35 years, of BIKA Associates on the witness stand to testify on subject land comprised in Busiiro- Block 534-540, plot 326, land at Buwaya which was sold to Uganda Free Zones Authority. Atwiine testifies that he together with Andrew Muhwezi were approached by Nakigudde Lillian, Mpiima Enock, Kizito William, Mwesigwa Winston and given powers of attorney to administer their land including receiving payment over the land as they claimed it was under threat.

Happening now: Mr. Robert Opio, 58 years, resident of Mukono Municipal Council, Ag. Commissioner Land Registration, on the witness stand, to testify on subject land comprised in Busiro Block 534-540 Plot 326, Land at Buwaya which was sold to Uganda Free Zones Authority. He says that the office of the Commissioner Land Registration refused to transfer the land to UFZA. That there was a complaint made on 7th June 2018 from Katende Sempebwa & Company Advocates which culminated in a report authored by Kabira Aisha, Senior Registrar of Titles.
