Judge has lowered the charge to manslaughter in the Henry Nowak trial.
This is despite Digwa repeatedly stabbing Henry in the back as he tried to escape.
I guess you can murder White teenagers and the ‘police’ will handcuff them, the ‘justice’ system will lower your charge.
I keep saying it, but I won’t vote for a party that does not promise to assess our judges and strip them of power if they are found to be grossly negligent like this.
We see it time and time again, like the gang rapists, found guilty, who the judge let walk free the other day.

I've slowed this down.
In the huddle, one or more ICE officers shout 'GUN'. This caused another officer to draw his sidearm.
Another officer removed the man's sidearm, and then walked away, but it was discharged negligently (see for yourself).
The Sig P320 is notorious for NDing, but typically only when dropped.
That then triggered the other agents to think that the man on the ground, Alex Pretti, had begun shooting, so they neutralised the perceived threat.
If this is what happened, it's an incredibly unfortunate accident in Minneapolis.
I'm not 100% confident this is what happened because the image is grainy, but the sound matches what I am seeing.
If this is the case, then the ICE agent who began firing was just responding to a perceived threat.
