Was the Divinity of Jesus Christ invented at the Council of Nicaea? The First Council of Nicaea I often hear this line from atheists, neo-pagans and other non-believers.

Things like:
“The Bible never existed until the romans made it in the 4th century.”
Or
“Constantine used political power to enforce Christianity upon the Roman empire.”

But is this really true?
