Just WOW if this is true.

We know Smirnov moved to Israel in 1992, he would have been +/- 12, and didn't come to the US until 2006.

So in 2002 he would have been 21/22 years old. As an israeli citizen he would have been subject to mandatory conscription at that time. Image In Weiss filing there is this snippet. Two takeaways.

A small reminder to everyone to remember the following. Some people on Jan 6th did bad things. Some of those who did bad things or worse yet just got caught up in it, did so from a position of personal pain in their lives. I'm not making excuses for anyone, just pointing out that for many of these folks that there is a lot more to the story.

Which is precisely why every fed embedded in this action, who encouraged vulnerable folks, egged them on, prodded them, deserves a special place in hell.

If the Paul Carver, whom Ray Epps got two calls from, turns out to indeed be Paul Alan Carver from Phoenix...which makes sense. There are going to be a few questions. Some interesting filings came in from the Strzok civil suit last night. Basically Peter Strzok is trying to argue that he should be able to depose Wray and Trump about pressure to fire him.

courtlistener.com/docket/1602088… The gov argued no, that can't even be considered until you depose bowdich and rosenstein to determine if that's even necessary. The crux is bowdich was the one who decided that Strzok should be fired and he did so for good cause, not political pressure.

The case no one seems to pay attention to is Zachary Alam. The government has been desperate to try avoid a trial in this case. Its a can of worms they don't want opened and will destroy their narrative....
