Another rag that cant get his racts straight

1) TMG (ex managers) arranged a bridge loan thru themselves. They were responsible for paying his bills. They did not make timely or missed payments to themselves putting the loan in default—-let that sink in!!!
2)… 1/? 2) in 2016 when JD realized his finances were not as they should be (kitchen video) he arranged for a deep dive audit and ultimately fired TMG

3) in retaliation in 2016, TMG filed the default notice and foreclosure on his castle.

So here are my thoughts on the jury deliberations. Each side has 3 statements. Johnny can win if the jury agrees she defamed him in one statement only. He doesn't have to win on all three. Reminder: the Jury has to be unanimous. All 7 have to agree. Same holds for Amber's claims The first statement is regarding the title. She stated she didn't even read the title! So she embedded the link in a tweet, added her own context. So she tweeted with reckless disregard. I believe Johnny proved he didn't SA her. So I believe the jury should find for JD on this.

Had her own way of taking cryptic notes. She was referred to the couple by Christian Carino. She had several couple and private sessions. Most private were with Amber alone. She stated that Amber informed her that Depp was physical/abusive. Her thoughts on Amber:

Day 3: Kate James video deposition
Kate states she worked for Amber because she could bring her son there after school. She spent many hours with Amber daily. Saw her dressing and naked. In all the times she worked for her, she never saw any injuries to amber nor damage to homes Amber would fly in a blind rage and frequently verbally abusive to her. Yelling in her face and even spat. Amber would scream at her over the phone and send abusive, late night texts. Incoherent and not making sense. Just lash out for no reason.

Wasn't Isaac Baruch amazing! His memory for time and details was phenominal. NEVER saw bruising, red mark, cuts, no injury at all. He saw he often saw Amber with no makeup. They hung out as friends in their homes, ate meals together. He saw her putting a facial mask on. Now I was so confused when Elaine kept asking about makeup and "amoca".

Court info aside, here are some of my thoughts an impressions on the testimonies so far.

Christie, Johnny's sister) was very soft spoken and speaking slowly and thoughfully (Gee, who does she remind you off. Apple doesn't fall far from the tree)

She gave important information: I have seen tweets, children of abusers grow to more likely to abuse.

No one thought about the abused partner. Christie did a great job talking about their Dad's reaction in coping. Placate, avoid, and leave until things settle down. Christie said that is how she and JD coped.

Finally have a few minutes to give you my thoughts on this week's testimonies and the court process generally.

We are told emphatically, DO NOT SHOW EMOTION (no giggling, shaking heads, etc) Yet many spectators are ignoring this, no matter how many times the Sherrif states it... If you are a spector, please please please stop this behavior. I believe the judge is so fustrated and upset, she may shut the courtroom to all spectators. Please just sit there and be stoic
