OK, I'm back from the hearing. And I'm going to go through my notes like last time, but I want to lead with the TL:DR version.
TLDR: 1. Most of the hearing was going over foundation to enter in 3 law firms worth of bills. 2. Vic testified. You'll want to read that part. 3. No one called Ty, Ron, or Monica (all present). 4. Judge Chupp is going to try to rule tomorrow.

Ok, back from the hearing. This will be the thread where I go over my notes. I filled this notebook (good use of a speaker’s gift) so there’s going to likely be a lot.
Everything started right on time. All the lawyers you expect were there; only Monica and Jamie were present as parties. A certain YouTuber arrived late and sat at the back of the gallery. It was a full house.

OK, so I understand that Ty asked any lawyer who has disagreed with any part of his case to set forth how he can win his case. So here goes. No snark, animosity, or anything else intended in any point herein. And this is going to ignore responding to affirmative defenses.
And further, this is about winning at trial. Not winning at the TCPA stage or anything else. The hypothetical is how can Vic win his case overall, just so we're clear.
