We received an email yesterday from the mother of an injured cyclist, letting us know that her son had been hit by a bus while riding his bike on Sarnia Road. She told us the following: On Monday, Oct.3 around noon her son, a Western student, was biking to school on Sarnia Road. He was riding on the mostly empty sidewalk, but as he got closer to the school there were a lot of pedestrians, so he merged onto the road.
