I think pts can’t see the full articles & are misinterpreting the abstract. Let me see if I can shed some light on this 1/n@LauraJBook@AdamJSchoenfeld@ZPiotrowskaMD To start with, SCLC transformation is still poorly understood. So we don’t have all the answers yet. From some brilliant work from @jakelee0711 we suspect that certain EGFR pts are predisposed to have this transformation and for others, it will not ever happen 2/n
