A thread about the MORTGAGE FRAUD!

Share with anyone you know who lost their home in the fires or hurricanes or anyone who knows something is wrong with the financial system.

There is an exit out and it's simple:

1. A forensic audit of the loan will show it was already paid off.

2. A simple Release of the Lien and Conveying the Property INTO THE PRIVATE removes any property tax obligation.

Once the note and the mortgage are separated, both are null and void.

You cannot Google this and take the bank to a state court.

Proof of private ownership of your home, which means, NO MORE PROPERTY TAXES.

We're discussing HOA "contracts" inside my Inalienable University. Let's dish!

A "lawful" contract has 8 parts.
Look at this joke of a document.

A no named "borrower" is not a contract.

Now that my member has conveyed his property INTO THE PRIVATE, this joke of a contact cannot be enforced.

What does it mean that I teach people how to live "IN THE PRIVATE"? (A Delicious Thread)

It means you have a right to live under the common law, exercising your rights under the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights.

So what's keeping you from having that life?

Mechanisms that have been created by government agencies and a social conditioning system that made us believe that we need to participate in their nonsense in order to live our lives.

Today I want to feature.....Identification.

But first you have to learn the difference between "legal" and "lawful".

Legal is what you agree to.
Lawful is what falls under your rights.

No agency can make you have a "legal" ID.
State ID, State driver's license, etc.

But the civil servants who work for these private for profit agencies think they're God and can MAKE you do what they think they have the power to make you do.

We want to live IN THE PRIVATE.

So how do you do that?

Simply by not living IN THE PUBLIC.

That means you do not participate in these agencies acting and pretending to be government under the color of law, (violating USC 241 & 242) which are basically a collection of compartmentalized idiots harming your life under RICO (racketeering influenced and corrupt organizations act).

But Gianna, what?
How is that RICO?

Well, is fraud a crime?

If you have been persuaded and tricked using fraud to BUY something and sign your rights away, is that a crime?

I think you agree that it is.

If you were told at age 15 or 16, that applying for a driver's license was a contract in which you were waiving your right to travel and that you were agreeing to the rules, codes, and statutes of the Department of Transportation, a private corporation, but you only are required by law to have this license if you are being paid to BE a driver as the government can only regulate commerce, not private activity, and this will allow policy revenue officers to monitor your every move and then pirate your income based on THEIR perception of your behavior, would you have ever signed up for that?

Probably not!
You are not a sheep!

The state is a legal entity, a corporation, and can't ever BE a victim as it's not a living man or woman, where as. you, as a living man or woman, have rights under God and the Bill of Rights.

So you probably got a state ID or a driver's license to use as ID and waived your rights which is unlawful because you were never given the full disclosure of the terms of the contract, and when you are under the age of 18, you aren't even able to sign a contract.

More Legal Fockery.

If this pisses you off, and you want to live in the private, you can return and "surrender" your state ID back to them and terminate the contract and purge your info from the statement.

This includes your state plates.
But this thread is about the ID for now.

So what will you use instead?
An ID only requires that you be "identified".

So inside my University, we have what we call a foreign national ID that does the job and it is your right to have and use it.

Your status can BE that of a foreign national as you have the right of self determination and it's in 8 USC 1101 (21).

You are foreign to the corporation that acts and pretends to be the United States federal government.

This movement is to exercise our rights so if this appeals to you, let me show you how this ID works.
