As some of you know, I am quite the dove when it comes to TROs, given their short lifespan.

But this is beyond the pale. We have a judge absolutely abusing her authority, and I see no reason to mince words about it. Flagrantly unconstitutional, so much so that it actually tests the bounds of the President’s oath to uphold the Constitution.
