Something bad is brewing in the manufacturing industry:

Manufacturers' Association of Nigeria (MAN) held a presser to appeal to the FG to suspend the newly approved Fiscal Policy Measures (FPM) 2023 and retain the 2022-2024 excise to stabilize the National economy.

Background: In 2018, after consulting the manufacturing industry, the FG initiated a 3yr excise roadmap and it was successful. The consultation enabled the manufacturing industry to successfully plan it's operations, given the certainty in excise.

Adegun vs Adeogun. People who called Atiku thief in the past changed course to support him and they endorsed him as the unifier.

People who said he would fix Nigeria with his admittedly steadfast ideas on restructuring turned around to call him a thief and a part of the old order.

There is an impending danger in Adamawa that people aren’t paying attention to. If that woman’s plans succeeds in court, all the gains we have achieved with the Amended Electoral Act will be erased. INEC will be reduced to nothing. It’s going to spell our doom; end of Democracy. The implication of this is: Just about any politician powerful enough can just put an INEC Returning Officer under duress, make dem announce them as the winner, then ask everyone who disagrees to go to court. INEC will not have the power to declare the declaration null and void.

-Lateef Jakande conceived an idea to develop a rapid transit in Lagos state through a Metroline in 1983.

-Buhari military Junta truncated our democracy & cancelled the idea in 1985, costing Lagos taxpayer $78m. -Tinubu revived the idea and flagged off the construction in December 2003. By 2007 when he left office, there was little/No progress.

-Tinubu installed Fashola (for continuity yeah?), Fashola on inauguration day promised to revive the project and complete it in 2011.

One time I used the train from Abeokuta to Lagos, my stop was the Agege train station, many alighted & a couple wanted to use the restroom in Agege. To my surprise,the contract security @info_NRC turned people back, that arrivals are not allowed to use the rest-room.

I was livid I asked to see who was in charge, they refused. I went to the railway corporation website, there was no contact to reach. At this point, like 80% of people who wanted to use the restroom have turned back (Nigerians annoy me).

On getting to d bank, they asked him to go to the police, he went to the police station, then a couple of hours later they transferred him to police HQ in Oyo state. He has been locked up since then.

I’m trying to make sense of Saga’s antics on Nini’s disappearance from the house in a reality TV show.

A young man lost his mother last Friday. On Monday, he went to his neighborhood to get his wife and daughter.

He drove up a slope and on his way down, his brake failed, the car then ran into a woman in her shop.

Angry mob arrived and they beat him so badly that he lost an eye. This guy and his late mom grew up in the neighborhood, he is well known, but that didn’t stop the people at Sabo’s Jungle Justice because someone said the woman had died.
