Fascinating results from the temperature capsule I swallowed before a 20 min swim in 6°C water. (thread👇) 🥶🏊‍♂️🌡️ Before I started the swim my temperature was 37.35°C. After getting into the river it rose to 37.97°C.

I’ve just swum the full length of the English Channel. This is my message. Please share. 1/7 I urge the UK Government to properly protect its waters. Currently, only 7 square kms out of 750,000 is fully protected.
