MDP came into existence due to a NEED to stop the many wrongs committed by leaders & state. In the earlier days, those who stood up to tyranny were gravely wronged & faced much hardships & intimidation. Most citizens were scared then. @MDPSecretariat MDP was the force of change Amongst the first to stand 4 justice, human rights & ensuring a dignified life was the early members of #MDP. Amongst the 1st was @MohamedNasheed. What he & others faced was unjust. The fear was real. Ppl like @dr_iyaz @alizaid1000 @shkilyas etc were SILENT then,scared like most!

A group of some 50 men were apparently involved in the hostage taking of various individuals right b4 FB group Colorless was hijacked & deleted! 1 of them gave his account of how he was taken hostage to @amnesty. W/ the help of @tweetafaiz. All admins of Colorless (except me) were also taken hostage. They then managed to get access to Colorless & deleted the group! The face of their activities & tht of Bilad Al Sham Maldives was known! He was a part of the hostage taking too! Never even questioned for any of it!
