1. In new court docs, Britney Spears’s lawyer says emails show her former business manager Tri Star helped create her conservatorship…that it made $18M from.

Accuses Tri Star of lying for claiming it played “no role.” 2. This seems to contradict a sworn declaration fr Tri Star staffer Robin Greenhill:

“Tri Star played no part whatsoever in suggesting the establishment of the Conservatorship”

In a new court filing, Britney Spears’s lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, asks a judge to block Jamie’s pursuit of a “revenge deposition” of Britney.

Says Jamie’s plan to depose his daughter is a sham, aimed to intimidate her to back off a full investigation into his wrongdoing. Image Britney's legal team accuses Jamie of dodging his own deposition for eight months now and says he is still refusing to hand over evidence.

At the center of the scrutiny is former business manager Lou Taylor, the owner of Tri Star.

BIG day today in the court hearing for Britney Spears’s conservatorship. Judge is expected to hear major issues like removing Jamie Spears as conservator, possibly terminating the conservatorship completely and a lot of disputes over $$$.

A lot has happened the last few days: In court docs, Britney’s lawyer Mathew Rosengart keeps pressing to remove Jamie, citing our recent investigation into how Jamie and a security firm spied on Britney’s phone (including her texts with her lawyer) and secretly recorded her in her bedroom.

- Holland & Knight: roughly $1.5M for the last 8 months, including over $500K for "media matters" including a former member of Congress who charged $1,285 an hour - The Freeman firm, which employs Jamie's longtime lawyers Geri & Jeryll, billed $700K+ for the last 20 months
- $21K+ for Sidley Austin (Last year, Britney's CAC objected to Sidley allegedly billing Britney the cost of a cease & desist letter sent on behalf of Lou Taylor)
