🧵The new debate is about Democrats knowingly misleading voters by falsely claiming “fascism” to gin up anger and regain power. Same profit model as social media. First: the definition of fascism—like Mussolini—is a centralized authoritarian state that controls everything, subordinates individual rights, suppresses dissent, stops a free press, bans opposition candidates and parties, and eliminates elections.
2/ But, Trump and conservatives call for less government, less taxes, less regulation, free markets, individual rights, and constitutionalism, historians and DC analysts say. The Democrats’ conscious barbarism, misusing “fascism,” reveals a grab for power at all costs. This, as Democrats got called out by judges for trying to kick Trump out of state races in the U.S. election, deployed big government lawfare attacks, tried to suspend U.S. Constitutional rights to free speech by supporting censorship, and want to gain more power by packing the Supreme Court.
