Here’s a first look at a gaming project that will into the @LootRealms ecosystem.

@0xobservatorium is a team of devs with experience building and operating worlds inside voxel game engines. 1/ 2/ For their second community call - ‘bonfire’ - they held the call inside a voxel lava world.

Their intention is to create Realms in this game engine, as another way Lords and Ladies can interact with their Realm. The demo was rough and ready but next time…

The flow of exciting news about the upcoming Realms resource, building and raiding game continues… @lordOfAFew shared a hint of what lies inland of the coast based Realms. It’s been a subject of much discussion, but has remained a mystery… 2/ Until now! From this sneak peek we can see the @lootproject expanding with Labyrinths, Temples, Keeps and Tombs.

I suspect this is where we see @cryptsncaverns start to play it’s role (just speculating here, @threepwave!).

You have probably heard of Gartner's hype cycle. It's a model that applies to most new technologies. Here I apply it to the @lootproject

Loot was subject of impossible hype 6 months ago. Something new and innovative had emerged, people wanted it to deliver immediately. 2/ An entirely new model of community-driven world building, story-telling and gaming emerged, and people gathered. Excitement about possibility was mixed with economic opportunity. Everyone hoped for Loot to succeed overnight and kinda lost their minds. It happens ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Took a side quest into a @lootproject project with staying power, a clear role in the loot metaverse and big ambition.

It’s called The Genesis Project and it has set out to create characters & a rich history for the Lootverse

A few things I learned about @GenesisLoot 🗡🧵 OG lootbags have items wrapped in with them that can be distilled out, once per item. Might be a weapon or a piece of armour or magical attire. They are called ‘mana’.

If you collect together 8 pieces of mana you can ‘resurrect’ a legendary ‘Genesis Adventurer’.

A few have caught on to the ambition and endeavour of @LootRealms. Realms is establishing a land and resource economy for the #Lootverse, casually pioneering on #Starknet #ZKRollups in parallel.

Which other projects are building out the @lootproject metaverse atm?
