@fredulosity @ScotNational If you google do hunger strikers lose mental capacity as their strikes go on, nhs websites say that they are likely to lose mental capacity. I’m not sure that prison psych doctors will say that they have lost capacity though.
In my own experience of > @fredulosity @ScotNational unintentional starvation through illness, I didn’t realise how ill I was when I’d lost capacity. I guess loss of mental capacity can affect the prisoners in different ways.
