@DPD_UK my parcel should have been delivered on Tuesday. I was ASSURED it would arrive today before 12pm so I went i to work at 7.45am to make sure someone was there. At 13.30 I am informed it will be there before 6pm. It is now 17.15 and no sign of it. We close at 6. (1/2)
(2/2) Do I have to go back to work AGAIN from 6pm until 10pm to keep the shop open and make sure I get it?? I don’t trust you to show up tomorrow. You haven’t yet. I need better updates, a better service, and a more punctual delivery.
