I would say this is the part of ecommerce that has changed the most through the years to an extend that nobody outside of the scene can give a rational explanation about it.
This always blows my mind; after working with so many clients and mentorship students 90 percent of them all seem to have the same thing in common -
(1) I am honest with you: Facebook performance is in comparison to the last years very very bad, I would even say the worst in a long time – BUT we again cracked the code for 2024 and share it with you for free, gurus are selling this for 999 Euro.
(2) First of all, products are everything! Six years ago I would 💯 agree on this, the store can look like shit, if the customers want to have the product they don’t care, it changed a little bit through the years, but basically it is always true.
(1) To explain our product matrix strategy. This product was sold 5682 times in one country alone! 💣
Everyone in the space is rambling on about CVR, campaign structures, UGC creative frameworks etc etc., but no one is talking about the FOUNDATION of your brand: Your product and the supply chain behind it. They are all missing the keys 🔐
