Just for you guys, I’m gonna share my curry powder recipe. Perfected after years of trying different combinations. You can modulate it for spiciness, and even have a completely mild version.

Great for meat, rice, veggies, and of course curry! A versatile and flavorful seasoning. The base (mild) version

•2 Tbsp coriander
•2 Tbsp cumin
•1 1/2 Tbsp turmeric
•2 tsp ginger
•1 tsp dry mustard
•1 tsp cinnamon
•1/2 tsp ground black pepper
•1/2 tsp cardamom
•1/2 tsp paprika
•1/2 tsp garlic powder

On a fairly regular basis I get VAs messaging me, asking if they can voice or at least audition for their favorite characters for #BatmaAthenaeum. No one is more highly requested than Jason Todd/Red Hood.
