BULLSHIT! @brisbanetimes, @fel_caldwell, @jackietrad, @QldGov: I can personally attest that this is not the case after numerous attempts to request a payment plan via Centrepay which our position of financial hardship would allow, of $10 per fortnight via Centrepay.
