Advice on getting older courtesy of my parents who have done everything wrong: 1. if you own a house, do every possible major maintenance and remodel by age 75 2. Throw away 75% of your stuff by 75 and keep throwing more out 3. Know your budget and cut cut cut 4. Weight training
5. If u think u'll need a joint replaced, do it by 70. I hate ortho work but almost worth jumping the gun for the sake of healing 6. Practice walking. Look at ur feet all the time. Move half as fast as u think u should 7. Live in a one story place 8. Don't ever move ur furniture
