Stop listening to your health advisor.

Running or walking will never make your bones strong.

Here’s what will make them iron strong. The first problem is dose.

Exercise is like a prescription.

For your heart, a brisk walk is a great dose.

But for your skeleton, it’s often not enough to trigger the changes that build bone, create lean muscle, or improve strength.

Let’s first understand why so many of us have to deal with acne.

At its core, the most common cause of acne is an overstimulation of the oil glands in your skin.

These glands are directly stimulated from a group of hormones called
androgens, which includes testosterone.

High insulin levels, (by consuming processed foods
and sugar) prompt the ovaries to produce an excess of androgens.

Katrina kaif announced her pregnancy at 42.

Again another celebrity announcing a joyful, seemingly effortless pregnancy at 42, 45, or even 48.

If she can have a healthy baby in her mid-forties, why is my doctor talking to me about my fertility at 34?

This is a valid and important question.

Isn it?

The answer lies not in what these celebrity stories show us, but in the chapter they almost always leave out: a complex, often lengthy, and deeply personal medical journey.

To understand it, we first need to talk about what’s happening in your body.Image The Unchanging Truth of Ovarian Biology.

From the moment you are born, you have all the eggs you will ever have.

Think of it as a finite personal library.

As you age, two things happen to that library.

This is the biological hurdle that no amount of fame, wealth, or wellness can erase.

So how are these later-in-life pregnancies happening?

The answer is often found in the incredible power of medical science:

If you walk for 30 minutes you will burn more of fats and less of carbs.

But if you pick up pace and start jogging you burn equal fat and carbs.

But if you sprint you will burn mostly carbs and very little fat.

Does this mean if you do lower intensity cardio that will burn more fat and lose more fat? Not exactly when your body burns more fat in a activity like walking, it burns lesser fat and more carbs in the later part of day.

But this does not matter again, because burning fat is not same as losing fat.

Firstly lets get it straight, spot reduction - trying to lose fat from one area like your belly, this isn’t how our bodies work.

When you lose fat it comes off from all over your body, and where is comes off first from is decided by your genetics.

So endless crunches won’t help.
