Paneer is extremely rich in saturated fat.
100g paneer:
-18 g protein
-15 g fat.
Out of which almost 9g is saturated fat.
According to WHO, saturated fat should make up no more than 10% of your daily calories intake.
According to American heart association, saturated fats should be less than 6% of your daily calorie intake.
Whereas if you consume low fat paneer
100g low fat paneer:
- 22g protein
- 6g fat
Out of which 3.6g saturated fats.

People consider coke zero harmful but are okay drinking normal coke with 35g sugar(per can).
Because coke zero contains Aspartame.
-Aspartame breaks down to:
- Methanol - puts you in a coma
- Phenylalanine - which causes brain damage
- Aspartic acid - which causes cancer
But
-One tomato has 6 times the methanol as Coke Zero.
-100 grams of beef has 32 times the phenylalanine as Coke Zero.
-One egg has 34 times the aspartic acid as Coke Zero.
