It claims Syed has no interest in the appeal, and there will be no direct effect on him, even though the victim rep and now the State are moving to stay the effect of the judgment in Syed's favor

Arguments in Maryland mail-in ballot case concluded. Questioning indicates Md high court may narrow the trial court's emergency order, but it sounded unlikely it would overrule the order outright
Either way, we're likely to receive a "per curiam" order this afternoon saying how Court is ruling, with an opinion to come later.
