The livestream in the latest appeal in the Adnan Syed case is up: mdcourts.gov/cosappeals/web… A confusing exchange just occurred: Arguing counsel said he is not going to address mootness. Judge Berger said "okay, that's your choice." But there's a request that co-counsel have a chance to answer questions.

Arguments in Maryland mail-in ballot case concluded. Questioning indicates Md high court may narrow the trial court's emergency order, but it sounded unlikely it would overrule the order outright Either way, we're likely to receive a "per curiam" order this afternoon saying how Court is ruling, with an opinion to come later.
