What is computational fluid dynamics(CFD), how does it work, and when was it used in F1?
Computational Fluid Dynamics, in other words, is a computer simulation of fluid behavior.
The program was created by Air Force and Aerospace engineers and debuted in Formula 1 in 1990.
1/8 It is now one of the most important elements for teams to develop cars, it is no less important than the wind tunnel, and it may become even more important in the future,due to its integration with artificial intelligence, which has become an integral part of the tools of F1.
