I checked candidate finance forms & noticed a very large in-kind donation to Greg Lannan of $33,456.40 from the Indiana Republican State Committee, received on 11/02/2024 for goods/services for that amount.

1/ There’s no description of the in-kind donation, but I’d guess it was for text messages sent out November 2 & 4.

Lannan’s total contributions were $75,448.25, the most raised by any HSE bd candidate. The four F1️⃣ endorsed bd mbrs raised ~ $100k in 2022.

In the interest of transparency, I believe it’s important to know who is funding local nonpartisan campaigns for school bd.

HSE School Bd candidate John Stewart has spoken out - not on his campaign FB page or website, but in the PRIVATE Fishers 1️⃣ FB group visible to only select ppl.

Stewart hired Kristianson in mid Aug 2022 & said his background✅ was clean.

A Google search would’ve revealed details of his arrest w/details of VIDEO evidence of him exposing himself to teen girls.

For those of you who need more info about just how unfit Mike Braun’s Lt Gov running mate candidate Micah Beckwith is, I’ve observed & interacted him for a few years, and here is a 🧵of my thoughts.

1/ He first caught my attention after losing the US Rep GOP primary to Spartz in May 2020, when he was promoting religious exemptions for COVID vaccines. He gained quite a following doing it.

Meeting has begun. Miksha moves to remove item 15.1 Collection Development Policy--Childhood Development Presentation due to just finding out the presenter & the topic.

Beckwith believes the presenter is appropriate.

I’m at the @HSESchools Board mtg. It’s a packed house for the HSE Lady Royals Volleyball team & the @hseateachershse contract. Lots of 🔵&🔴

Rec’d this in the mail from my rep Todd Huston. I have no kids ⬇️ the age of 20 but he wants me to know he’s proud that vouchers r offered to those making 400% of the f/r lunch guidelines. A family of 4 making ~$220k can still get state subsidies for private schools.

But…

1/ To be eligible for help paying for childcare in Indiana, a family of 4 can’t make more than $33,300.

Is this really about helping kids or helping wealthy people/donors pay for private school for their kids and to prop up for-profit schools run by big $ donors?

🧵A thread on some background info regarding @HamiltonEastPL Bd, how we got here, and how many community mbrs have been speaking out about this for quite some time.

1/ This didn’t start with just moving books with violence & sex for teens. It started when 3 new bd mbrs were appointed last year - Ray Maddalone, Tiffany Ditlevson & Micah Beckwith.

The first target was LGBTQ books & book clubs

2/
