Grand Chief Garrison Settee started his day in beautiful Treaty One territory today. He is attending the AMC’s Assembly on Social Development in Long Plain First Nation.

Here are a few photos from the Assembly’s grand entry: Chief Marcel Moody of Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation in Northern Manitoba is making a presentation about social assistance. He says an adult person living on reserve gets $310/month. He ponders about how people can live off of $10/day.
