@DailyMail In 2006, during a heatwave, I fainted twice at home after having had diarrhoea for 24 hrs. I managed to get to my local walk-in centre before fainting again while trying to book in. I then spent about an hour drifting in & out of consciousness, lying on the floor on oxygen.1/ @DailyMail I heard the receptionist calling to ask where the ambulance was, bc "she's getting worse". Eventually the ambulance arrived, by which time I was able to sit up & talk. When we arrived at A&E, I was triaged & sent back out to the waiting room for OOH GP instead. 2/
